Full download list for WSIT modules

WSIT NetBeans modules make it very easy for developers to leverage the power of the WSIT. In just a few clicks developers can configure various aspects of the service, such as Security or QoS (whether Reliable Messaging should be used or not, etc). Following is an example screen shot of a configuration dialog for Reliable Messaging and MTOM provided by the WSIT Support module.

Downloads for NetBeans 6.0

WSIT Modules are included directly in NetBeans Web & JavaEE edition, so there's no need to download separate modules.
You can download latest NetBeans 6.0 builds here: NetBeans 6.0 Latest Milestone. Select Web & JavaEE edition, which also includes Glassfish v2.

Downloads for NetBeans 5.5.1

GlassFish v2, or METRO 1.0


If you want to use final release of Glassfish v2 or Metro 1.0 final release, here's the configuration and installation steps:
  1. Download and install Glassfish v2
  2. Download and install NetBeans 5.5.1
  3. Install WSIT Modules from Update Center into your NetBeans installation. For instructions, please see this screencast: WSIT NetBeans modules installation. Use Update Center instead of Update Center Beta.

Older milestones (M1, M2, M3, M4, M5, M6)


To use older milestone build of WSIT, you need to download and install:
To learn how to install WSIT modules into NetBeans, look at this screencast - it shows you how to proceed with the installation. Instructions for installation of manually downloaded modules are below:
  1. In NetBeans choose Tools->Update Center from the main menu.
  2. In the Update Center Wizard select "Install Manually Downloaded Modules (.nbm Files)." radio button, click Next.
  3. On the next screen click "Add...", browse to the manually downloaded .nbm file(s), click OK, click Next.
  4. Following steps are the same as when you are installing the module from an update center.
